Come join us at Nomad for a special tequila pairing dinner commemorating El Dia de los Muertos, the Mexican holiday, Day of the Dead. 


FIRST COURSE

Sopa de Crema de Calabaza

Butternuts squash soup topped with candied walnuts and pumpkin seeds, drizzled with honey cream and house made croutons.

Paired with Orange Cranberry Margarita


SECOND COURSE

Esquites

Corn topped with poblano aioli, cotija cheese, house seasoning, serrano pepper and house seasoning and lime wedge.

Paired with El Pepino


THIRD COURSE

Pork Tenderloin with Mole Oaxaqueno

Pork tenderloin on a bed of white rice with mole oaxaqueno sauce.

Paired with Sangria de Jalisco


FOURTH COURSE

Mixed Berry Tamale Dulce

Mixed berry (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry) sweet cream cheese, drizzled with Mexican cajeta.

Paired with Mexican Coffee
